[gomd-devel] commited new manual created gomd project

Hi my friends,

just want to let you know that i commited a new manual created gomd project.
It is just a first idea ;) Please change/enhance it to your thoughts.

btw: the updated sources are in unstable/gomd/gomd/* 
They cannot be in unstable/gomd because the resulting binary is named
equal to the existing gomd-directory which we could not remove from cvs.
..... so i put it in unstable/gomd/gomd.
