GNUstep wiki and MediaWiki Extension:Email_notification

Could we install the following to our GNUstep wiki:

http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Email_notification

This would ease the process of discussions in the wiki itself, e.g.  
currently I could need it for working on

http://wiki.gnustep.org/index.php/User:IOOI/GNUstepSoftwareIndex/Concept

together with other people (I easily could notify myself of changes  
on this page then).
