You probably can't guess :-)
We (oxymium.net) take care of near all *.gnustep.* hosting. As we don't often 
monitor GNUstep webmasters list, it's better to  cc to support at oxymium.net 
for hosting and mirrors update problems.

I don't but there's a configuration for this in our server to allow them to 
rsync content.
