Windows installer text apparently confusing

Hi,

an interested person that uses Windows and got directed to
www.gnustep.org from a slashdot article saw the Windows GNUstep
installer announcement and immediately assumed it would contain some
kind of desktop as well. Maybe it would be a good idea to make crystal
clear that this installer only contains libraries and nothing else? In
other words, that the installer is targeted to developers and not end
users?
