On the GNUStep documentation page
(http://www.gnustep.org/experience/documentation.html)
the third bullet in the second section (User Documentation) "platform
specific" points to http://www.gnustep.org/information/machines_toc.html
which apparently does not exist.
It was moved to http://www.gnustep.org/resources/documentation/User/GNUstep/machines_toc.html and this broken link has been fixed to reflect the change now. As for the FTP site, it works fine here, but they may have been having problems with it earlier. If it continues to be a problem, let us know.
