stepulator out of place?

Hello,

I waded today though the gnustep FTP site (since the links on the pages
still offer the older GNUstep packages to download) I discovered that
isnide:

ftp://ftp.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep/libs/

there is a "stepulator" package. I don't know who put it there, but
since I am the author of stepulator I can assure you it is a Sceintific
RPN calculator and thus probably better described as 'user application'
or 'utility' than 'library'
