If it's phpwiki, you need to edit the template files. I don't know 
where they are kept, so I hope someone else will tell you.

I suggest putting a small nav bar beneath the banner logo, linking 
back to wiki key pages and the main www.gnustep.org, instead of using 
the side-navbar.
