That is how www.gnustep.us works.
You can submit an article, link, whatever, and the admin(s) will get a
note of an article pending. Upon verification it will be visible on the
front page.

I may still be able to host it. It all depends on where I actually end
up, ie. whether I can get a provider (or a static IP so I can host it
myself at home). But I can only say for sure *after* I move :-p
