What is the "retemplater"?
Essentially, it reads in the XML tree of the template and the tree of each page in turn, extracts "interesting" parts of the page tree, puts them in the template tree and serialises the combination out to the page file. By this way, I can update all templated pages on the site to use a new template. There are a few limits, like needing valid XML.
