gsweb has drawback: it need compilation and for near static page, php 
isprobably faster... 
For example, I use SPIP ( http://www.uzine.net/spip-en) for GNUstepWeb site 
because it suit easyly and fast the current need even if I'll
probably move it GNUstepWeb later for promotionnal reasons :-)
