I visited

and found that the link for nfmake (ftp://karl.nfox.com/nfmake) doesn't
work as of a period centered on 17:45 PST on 02-03-05.  The site may be
down or busy, of course, but I thought I'd mention it.  I seem to
remember having problems accessing that site in the past.
