my gcc version is 2.95.3 on Suse 7.2 and I already have windowmaker
installed and running
I did do ". /usr/GNUstep/System/Makefiles/GNUStep.sh" but still gives me
errors. What can I do I need to be able to install it.


It looks like you don't have the Objective-C part of gcc installed. If you have rpms for gcc, look for a package called

gcc-objc

and install it.
