[Gnustep-maintainer] GNUstep downloads

Hi guys (or girls),

The latest GNUstep core downloads listed on the wwwmain.gnustep.org downloads 
page are all missing (gnustep-make-2.9.1, gnustep-base-1.29.0, 
gnustep-gui-0.30.0, and gnustep-back-0.30.0). At first I assumed they were 
still being packaged, but it has been a long time now. All the download links 
point to ftpmain.gnustep.org. The last file dates are all from 2021.

Are there perhaps other mirrors that carry the latest tarballs?
