progress: reset download/uploaded counter
... to make CURLOPT_MAX_RECV_SPEED_LARGE and
CURLOPT_MAX_SEND_SPEED_LARGE work correctly on subsequent transfers that
reuse the same handle.
Fixed-by: Ironbars13 on github
