Re: Strange FS download behaviour

Hello,
I added the proposed wrapper.
It required moving around a few parts of the FS service header, so I'm
submitting it for review to ensure I didn't make any error without
noticing.
The patch contains changes to gnunet-publish too and a simple test for
the new API.
