Mantis git integration

Dear devs,

you can now use git commit messages to reference mantis issues.
In order to mention an issue, use "Issue #<number>" anywhere in your commit 
message.
Instead of "Issue", "Bug" and "Report" as well as plurals also work.

If you want to automatically resolve the issue, use "Fixes #<number>".
