Hi anoduck,
I think we did not include --with-sodium switches.
Can you try setting
$ export CFLAGS="$CFLAGS -I/usr/local/include"
and
$ export LDFLAGS="$LDFLAGS -L/usr/local/lib"
$ ./configure --prefix=...
to see if that at least fixes your build?
