This is mostly Taler SAS and work done by whoever you find via git
blame on it (Florian Dold most of it, other fixes by me).

Same as above, but adding Marcello, Christian Grothoff, and tg(x).

My position is we can make it 0BSD or CC0. WTFPL is mostly nonsense here.

Would be alright with me, if no one disagrees I'll make the changes
in an appropriate timeframe (beginning of September).
