Easy, "localhost". (As the proxy runs on the same machine as the browser
does.).

As for the log files, look at
$ gnunet-config -s arm -o options
and if it says $GNUNET_CACHE_HOME in there, look that up using
$ gnunet-config -s paths -o gnunet_cache_home -f
