[GNUnet-developers] python/buildsystem news: python3 version decreased to 3.4 for test-suite

Hi,

since no one of us directly complained in the last months,
I assume all of us run python3.7 ready systems.

Hartmut did some commits a while ago which fixed my
optimistic approach (I wanted to support only 1 python3
version).
The configure script stayed at 3.7 for a while, but now
you can run the testsuite with at least python3.4.

At runtime we still require python2.7 optionally for
gnunet-qr until the rewrite in C is finished.
