Hi Catonano!
We usually use the address@hidden list for GNU Taler related discussions...
Taler is not yet ready, we still have bugs to fix
(https://gnunet.org/bugs/) and are working on the technical and legal
integration with a European bank.
Building it mostly requires a Postgres-based GNUnet setup, so if you are
able to build GNUnet, you should be OK building Taler. Constructive
feedback would be welcome, but please use address@hidden for that.
Finally, indeed talking to newspapers about deploying Taler is something
we intend to do once the bank-integration side is a bit further along.
Help there would then be particularly welcome.
Happy hacking!
Christian
