I'm not sure I agree with Jeff about the resources; especially if
MaidSafe helps and we join forces, this might be doable. Naturally,
there is the question of how we define "now", and what we expect the
timeframe to be.

The bigger issue in my mind is that some users may still want
"everything" in C, i.e. because Rust isn't available on some platforms.
 That's a more significant consideration, especially for lower layers.
