hi
problem that such option as "-q"  in the versions of netcat for
windovs not foreseen  (it probably and is ), even in last netcat 1.11 
from http://netcat.sourceforge.net/ :((
how possibly  to replace it other ??
for example " -w 1"
$nc -h
...
  -w secs         timeout for connects and final net reads
