To add *keywords* (words someone can search for) you can simply put them 
into the filename (a file "gpl.txt" could be renamed to "GNU General 
Public License GPL.txt" to provide some additional keywords to GNUnet) 
or rewrite the file's metdata (if applicable) using a sophisticated editor.

GNUnet uses a different URI scheme which is incompatible to those you 
mentioned.
