ECRS_createMetaData, ECRS_extractMetaData and ECRS_metaDataToUri (to get
keywords for insertion). ECRS_metaDataToUri may need some more work :-).

Well, since Nils said "real soon now", I'd wager what he's mostly asking for
in terms of help at this point is people testing the pre-release :-).
