Did you see http://ovmj.org/GNUnet/papers/mixminion.ps ?
Considering the high latency, asynchronous operation and additional
complications involved in setting up proper bi-directional communication of
mixminion (once-reply blocks) I kind of doubt that anyone has ever done
peer-to-peer file-sharing (or any other kind of P2P) on top of mixminion.
