Just send the diff of what you suggest to change. Note that I've already
fixed the "~" issue in CVS.

On the translation page there is a 'voting' mechanism. Go to the sentence in
question (in editor-mode). It shows all existing translations. Click on the
one you like best. Each click is recorded as a 'vote', and the sentence with
the most 'votes' will be displayed. You can vote multiple times (if needed).
