The libgcrypt weak encryption key bug has been fixed in CVS. 

Some of the libgcrypt cipher functions return a particular error when they
are passed a key they determine to be "weak". Fortunately for our
purposes, the check occurs at the end of the function (after the cipher
code has been run successfully) so we now safely ignore the weak key error
code and continue on as usual.

Let me know if you see it pop up again.
