[GNUnet-developers] [patch] Cygwin

Hi,

the attached patch fixes general compiling & linking problems and gets
gnunet-gtk working under Cygwin without X-Server.
gnunet-gtk requires the regular Cygwin packages gettext & libiconv and GTK2,
GLIB, ATK and PANGO from
http://web.sfc.keio.ac.jp/~s01397ms/cygwin/index.html.en

I have moved the "#include gtk/gtk.h"s to helper.h, because helper.h is
included in every .c and I need additional stuff to get GTK 2 working.
I hope, that's okay :-)
