Ah, sorry, I had not noticed that. Well, I plan on updating the GNU page in
the near future, so I don't think it's worth the effort at this point. But in
general, translations of anything (README, WWW, man-pages) are welcome.

I'm aware of the little flaws in the voting scheme. I think public keys are
overkill, session identifiers might be a better solution to allow editing. Or
just a "preview" of the translation. I'm open for suggestions, but note that
my available coding time for this is limited (so rather send patches :-).
There is also the issue of supporting other encodings for
non-western-european languages.
