[GNUnet-developers] split hostkey.c

I have split util/hostkey.c into two files, one used by gcrypt, another
by OpenSSL.

In the old hostkey.c each function #define'd code depending on which
crypt library was being used, the new setup its handled by the
Makefile.am

I haven't removed the old hostkey.c yet, im not sure if you would prefer
its history to be preserved in the new files (by moving it manually)
rather then removing it using cvs.
