[GNUnet-developers] [patch] make distcheck

The attached patch 
 - Removes most Makefiles in the include directories.
 - Adds a couple of extra headers.
 - Some minor formatting changes for consistency.

make distcheck now runs it reports a couple of errors in the tests it
runs.

Im not sure the include path's are optimal, there are extra directories
specified that shouldnt be needed, not sure why they are there, they
dont do any harm though. I will look into it.

There are a few more files and directories that should now be removed in
./src/include

configure --with-gcrypt has a compile error, it is unrelated to this
patch though (i believe)
