[GNUnet-developers] update on 0.4.9

Hi all!

Here's a brief update on the 0.4.9 progress. 

* most of the design changes have been completed
* it now compiles ^_^
* gnunetd can be started and recently stopped crashing
* gnunet-stats works (but we need more statistics,
   in the new design, adding a datapoint to stats is as
   easy as "hanlde = statHandle("Description");
   statChange(handle, +5);", so that should be easy.
* gnunet-insert, search and -download work *locally*,
   node-to-node stuff has not been tested so far.
* loopback-gnunet-download is a bit faster :-)

Noticeable changes so far:
* better statistics (generic)
* better logging module
* better configuration module
* better factoring of crypto code
* separated transport layer (udp)
* separated application layer (afs = anonymous file sharing)
* hopefully better session management (untested!)
* many (sometimes unexpected) bugfixes...

Next:
* node-to-node communication (debugging!)
* make sure it works on BSD, etc.

Then:
* back to fun (read: add features)
