Sorry - I forgot to remove an include from earlier experiments that keep
the patched tree from compiling :-(
Please remove the line:
#include "contentdatabase_tdb.h"
from file
src/util/contentdatabase.c
after you applie the patch.

Doing this you might also want to remove a leftover file that is not
removed by patch:
src/util/contentdatabase_tdb.h
this file should live in
src/include/util
and is created there by this patch.
