1. how many MB are reported to you, if you do from inside psql this:
SELECT CAST(ROUND(pg_database_size('gnumed_v18')*0.36/1024/1024) as text) || ' MB' ;
2. what is the file size of your most recent backup tar file, which might or might not be in
/var/root/.gnumed/backup
and which is likely named along the lines of backup-gnumed_v18-GNUmed_Team-…tar
??
