I have changed the episode creation code to produce:
Allergy detail: Penicillin
Note that the allergy will already be included within an
"Allergies/Intolerances" health issue. It is not
"unattributed" anymore.
Ideally, eventually, the allergy manager would allow
for *selection* of the episode.
