GNUmed's Medications plug-in currently supports these two sort orders
( ) episode ( ) brand
and what I had been suggesting to add a third option
( ) episode ( ) brand ( ) ATC
In a list of drugs, there is value to be able to group drugs by kind because
nesting them separately under health issues does not reduce their combined
toxicities or interactions.
