How would you suggest that special cases like influenza (H1N1) be handled?
- as a vaccination type of its own
- as a subtype nested under influenza
- "loose" (non-subtyped) among various generic influenza vaccination that may
have been given
A use case to consider is that when querying which patients have (or have not)
had a vaccination in a time frame, it may be desirable to be able to include or
exclude particular vaccination (sub?) types.
It may also be helpful to omit patients who cannot or should not have a
particular vaccination. When patients had an allergy to eggs entered into the
GNUmed allergy area, is there a way to auto-detect a conflict receiving say MMR
and influenza (despite that MMR possibly *can* still be given)?
