I can live without tabs in progress notes. These are only text fields and in
my opinion should not contain any formatting, even tabs (except new line, but
it works now) , because rendering of these fields on printouts does not
guarantee to preserve the layout on the screen. So using tabs should be
discouraged.
Of course if you can map up- and down-arrow, you can also map let's say
Ctrl-Tab to insert Tab character.
