lack of review is signalled in addition to abnormality so
the presence of both brings about higher emphasis

An asterisk carries little meaning in itself, all it says is
"this is marked for some reason". How about a
single-character +/- symbol ?

"Comment" means: the result cannot be fully displayed. Same
with alphanumeric results > 8 characters. This condition
(not fully displayed) is communicated with the ellipsis ...
right after the displayed result part.
