this was interesting , showing xslt transforming xml ; ? where is the dtd ?
gnumed can be converted to xml, even automatically, by generating
the dtd from a parsing of gnumed schema into a tree.
The trouble is, that , one has to learn dtd syntax (yet another
programming language).
gnumed has it's own schema (which is relational) , which could possibly
interoperate by
converting to xml ( using a suitable dtd, either handwritten or generated)
then transforming with a xslt ( all in theory though, probably needs to be
hand written for each cda target document type [ assuming that this
particular cda is not THE cda - naive hope that there may be one ;
is it really the hl7 cda ? ] )
If someone can point to a cda schema definition that possibly might
be used by more than one researcher, than maybe an investigation
can be done to make a gnumed import/export module.
