[Gnumed-devel] bootstrap* and auditing

The bootstrap* now auto-creates the audit trail functions and
triggers if told to do so. There's a few [database *] options
related to that that need to be added to your *.conf files.
They are documented in *.conf.template. If you want to know
how to add auditing to tables read the docs in
server/bootstrap/gmAuditSchemaGenerator.py. Examples are in
server/sql/gmclinical.sql. A writeup will follow.

The public database has not been updated yet.
