[Gnumed-devel] gmCfg.py

Attached find a(nother) proposed scheme of storing config
options. I need some discussion on that particularily related
to how to best support the type of the option. There is some
overlap with Ian's tables. It does not concern itself with
configuration information relating to where to find which
database. This should be/is still handled by Horst's original
tables.

If there's no objections/comments/suggestions I'll go ahead
and finally finish the database part of gmCfg.py upon which we
should be able to do such things as storing the size of the
main window upon exiting or which modules the user wants to
load upon startup ...
