gnugo -l g1.sgf -L 152 -a -w -t 2> g1.txt
However, i'm not sure if that works on windows. Must work in Cygwin, on
the other hand.

P.S. speaking of which, it seems to be standard to write help message
(gnugo --help) to stdout, not stderr; any objections to changing it?
