There seems to be no logical reason to let *eyemin get negative in
owl_estimate_life.
This affects the regressions:
./regress.sh . nngs.tst
720 unexpected FAIL: Correct 'F16', got 'A11'
./regress.sh . trevorc.tst
1360 unexpected PASS!
- Never decrement *eyemin to negative in owl_estimate_life
