What compiler are you using?
If you are using Microsoft Visual C, you should have a file called config.vc
and I think you can copy that as config.h. There are some instructions for
various compilers in the file WINDOWS. The instructions for Visual C
assume you are using Microsoft Studio.
GNU Go 3.2 will be released soon. Currently instead of 3.0 you can
try gnugo-3.1.33.tar.gz (or gnugo-3.1.32.tar.gz is a smaller download
and almost the same). Get it at:
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/devel.html
This makes a version called 3.1.33 or 3.1.32. It is stronger
than 3.0 and uses less RAM.
