I have not heard from anyone yet,
so here is what I found out. Maybe someone can give me a tip?

It looks liek Jan I. and Carter have working ont these
files, so I have cced them directly

It looks like it did exist some time 
designer/src/schema/parser/GSParser.py 

Currently that dir is empty :
http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/gnue/gnue/designer/src/schema/parser/

I am going to check the snapshots for windows if the files are there.
