[GNUe-dev] Resource-generation caps of appserver

Hi,

as you might have noticed I've put a little work into appserver's
support for generating resources (forms by now). In order to use it you
would have to 'reload' "share/gnue.gsd" (you can use gnue-schema/gsscvs
to accomplish this). 

Please make sure to restart appserver after the update through gnue.gsd

new features or changes are:

*) If all items of a class fit into a single page (and are *not* split
into multiple visual pages) a form with a grid will be generated

*) the class-tag in a GLD file might have a 'label' attribute. If such a
label is defined it will be used as form title

*) if a class has stamp-fields (creationdate/user,
modificationdate/user) they will be set at the bottom of every visual
page (with an additional empty line between)

*) if a class has multiline-edits the available space will be shared
among all stretchable controls on the *same* visual page

*) a lot of other stuff i cannot remember now :))
