I do know from experience we won't be able to accomplish the latter with
McMillan as McMillan creates its own self-contained environment -- there's
not really any place to put new drivers for it to import. I wanted to bundle
the drivers separately in the beginning (esp. considering I wanted Oracle
drivers.)
