Hi Jason!

I have read GNUe reports format proposal (jcater),
then some feedback (reinhard) in gnue-reports.mbox.
But I dont know whether was any conclusion.
(What "freestyle tags" means?)

I asked Derek where to go on this issue, and he told me that layout tags are
TODO.
So I searched on NET, and find DataVision by Jim Menard.
Please take a look at http://datavision.sourceforge.net
This is a report designer (written in java), and very similar to GNUe
reports concept.
I think the "layout" part of report.dtd is exactly what the TODO above.
There is a good explanation in DataVision.pdf too.

So, what do you think, can this be a good starting point?
